I was walking in the supermarket the other day in Switzerland and I noticed something.
I noticed that American brands are over represented!
Even in the chocolate isle, half of the brands were American! That’s a telling fact in the chocolate-loving country of Switzerland!
By doing some research I came to the conclusion that American brands are “over present” pretty much everywhere in the world.
As a curious economist, I wondered why that was our reality.
To understand American brands, we first have to understand entrepreneurship and why it is so common and successful in the United States.
It has a lot to do with History, geography and culture. You will see, it is an exciting story 😉
